Handling of complaints and whistleblowers protection

As per MLC 2006 Covention, Seafarers have the right to make a complaint shipowner and Flag State authority (Shipping Deputy Ministry).
Our Crewing agent has a responsibility to assist seafarer to sort out serious disputes that may arise in relation to his employment.
Any complaints shall be submitted to the Crewing agent in writing ( by regular mail or email). Address details are as follows:

Whistleblower policy and procedure

In accordance with the Cypriot Act on the protection of persons reporting infringements of Union and National Law dated on 4 February 2022 (published in the Official Government Gazette under the number 4872), which implements the EU Directive 2019/1937 (on the protection of persons who reports breaches of Union Law), the company has developed a dedicated procedure for this purpose.
